About Dan Zemper

Dan Zemper with dogs image I've always pursued and enjoyed an active lifestyle. I've been a distance runner, competing at an international level for a short period of time. I've also pursued a variety of other activities. I earned a degree in Exercise Physiology and began coaching other runners, supporting them in their efforts to reach their athletic goals. As both an athlete and in life, I've experienced the pain and frustration of injury. Which is why I gravitated towards therapy.

I believe my own experience helps me to have a greater understanding of and compassion for the injuries that others cope with. Education plays a large role in how I help others gain an understanding of why they are experiencing difficulty. I also teach my clients self-care methods that they can use at home. I've worked with athletes and injured people for over 20 years, using proven treatment methods to relieve pain, restore function and return people to the active lifestyles they love.
